President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Portuguese Republic Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa on the occasion of the National Holiday – Day of Portugal.

President Sarkissian expressed confidence that the Armenian-Portuguese relations in all areas will strengthen further. “I am confident that meetings and discussions held during my working visit to Portugal in April 2019 will invigorate relations between our peoples, promote development of economic relations and implementation of new ambitious projects,” President Sarkissian noted in particular in his congratulatory message.

President Sarkissian wished President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa all the best and every success as well as peace and prosperity to the people of Portugal.
