President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda on the occasion of national holiday - Independence Day.

“Armenia and Lithuania have centuries-long friendly relations which have been developing in recent years, encompassing new areas of cooperation.

I am confident that the forthcoming high-level visits and a direct air link between our capitals will promote the deepening of our relations in all areas of mutual interest in the bilateral format and in the framework of the European Union,” the message of the President of Armenia reads.
