President Bako Sahakian sent a congratulatory message to President Sarkissian: All Armenians have to do their best for a continuous strengthening and development of the independent statehood

President of Artsakh Bako Sahakian sent a congratulatory message to President Armen Sarkissian on the occasion of Independence Day.

The message states:

“On behalf of the people of Artsakh, its authorities and my own behalf, I cordially congratulate you on the 28th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia. This is a holiday which changed fundamentally the course of our nation’s history. All Armenians have to do their best for a continuous strengthening and development of the independent statehood. I wish you peace, excellent health, and great success in the implementation of your patriotic mission.”
