President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on the occasion of Independence day.

President Sarkissian noted in particular that the friendship of the two peoples and a desire to strengthen the cooperation constitute the base of the bilateral relations. He expressed confidence that joint efforts in the future too would contribute to the revealing of the existing potential and implementation of the mutually beneficial programs in different areas.
