President Sarkissian’s congratulatory message on the occasion of Vietnam Independence Day

President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyễn Phú Trọng on the occasion of national holiday Independence Day.

The President of Armenia expressed confidence that the close relations between the two countries would continue to serve as a strong foundation for the efficient cooperation and expansion of bilateral trade and deepening of the multifaceted relations.
