President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the country’s National holiday.

The President expressed confidence that the existing friendly relations between the two countries and the spirit of partnership serve as a strong base for the further developing and deepening of the bilateral relations for the benefit of the two peoples.
