President sends congratulatory message on RA People’s Artist Zulum Grigoryan’s birth anniversary

President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to RA People’s Artist Zulum Grigoryan on his 85th anniversary, wishing him good health, prosperity and new achievements.
