President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a congratulatory message to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Sayyid Ali Khamenei on the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
