President sends congratulatory message to German journalist and historian Wolfgang Gust

President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a congratulatory message to Wolfgang Gust, a German journalist and historian, on the occasion of his 80th birthday.

“Honorable Mr. Gust,

I congratulate you on the occasion of your 80th birthday.

Such honest journalists and historians are dear to us; as specialists and as citizens, they spare no effort to impartially search for, find and unearth the truth.

This year when Armenians all over the world and the entire civilized mankind are marking the Armenian Genocide Centennial, we remember with special gratitude all those who have brought their contribution towards studying the genocide.

Thank you for your extensive work and your clear position.

I wish you health and all the best,” reads the RA President’s congratulatory message.
