President sends congratulatory message to Pope Francis on his enthronement anniversary

President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a congratulatory message to His Holiness Pope Francis on the occasion of his enthronement anniversary.

“I am hopeful that in these difficult times your divine service and care will bring their contribution towards establishment of peace, kindness and tolerance all over the world.

Armenia highly appreciates the constructive dialogue it has with the Holy See in various sectors and the enlargement of multifaceted bilateral ties that stem from a shared set of values.

I highly expect our special relationship that has always been marked by high-level dialogue to continue growing and reinforcing in line with the good traditions of cooperation established between Armenia and the Holy See.

I wish you good health and inexhaustible vigor.
