President Serzh Sargsyan sends congratulatory message to Italian President Sergio Mattarella

President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a congratulatory message to Sergio Mattarella on the occasion of his election as President of the Italian Republic. Serzh Sargsyan expressed confidence that under President Mattarella’s able leadership, the friendly state of Italy will continue along the path of development and growth.

“Armenia attaches special importance to constantly broadening its relations with Italy. I am hopeful that we will make a concerted effort to give a fresh impetus to our political dialogue and multifaceted cooperation hinged upon close historical connections, shared values and mutual interests” reads the RA President’s congratulatory message.
