President holds phone call with RA People’s Painter Paravon Mirzoyan

President Serzh Sargsyan today held a phone call with the Director of the National Gallery of Armenia, Paravon Mirzoyan, RA Honorary Worker of Art and RA People’s Painter. The Armenian President congratulated the painter on his 65th birthday and wished him good health and further creative success.
