President Serzh Sargsyan sends congratulatory address to newly-elected Romanian President Klaus Iohannis

President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a congratulatory address to Klaus Iohannis on the occasion of wining the Romanian presidential elections.

In his address, Serzh Sargsyan expressed confidence that during his tenure, President Klaus Iohannis would stimulate progress, boosting Romania’s and its people’s prosperity. The Armenian President touched upon Armenian-Romanian relations and expressed the hope that Klaus Iohannis’s presidency would be marked by reevaluation of the friendly relationship between Armenia and Romania, and bilateral relations would elevate to a new level.

Serzh Sargsyan wished success and full of lasting achievements to President Iohannis and happiness to the friendly people of Romania.
