Today, President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the illustrious conductor and violinist, the musical director and main conductor of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia and State Chamber Orchestra “Moscow Virtuosi”, the president of the Moscow International House of Music Vladimir Spivakov.

Likewise, your art is loved and appreciated in our country where you are not a guest any more, but a close person who has stood beside our people in the hardest situations.
Your many years’ public, charitable and pedagogical activity aimed at the search and comprehensive support of young talents is, without doubt, stimulates the continuation of your musical traditions.
