Today, President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev on the occasion of his birthday.

The message states:

In Armenia, we highly praise Your personal contribution to the amplification of the centuries-long traditions of friendship between the peoples of our two countries, which today develop on the strong basis of strategic partnership and allied cooperation.
