President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory letter on the occasion of Vietnam's National Holiday – Independence Day
Today, President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyễn Minh Triết on the occasion of Vietnam's National Holiday – Independence Day.
The letter states:
“Your Excellency,
On behalf of the people of Armenia and my own behalf, I cordially congratulate You and people of Vietnam on the occasion of Your country’s National Holiday – Independence Day.
I am confident that friendly relations existing between our two states will continue to deep and expand for the benefit our peoples.
I take this opportunity to wish You success and prosperity - to the people of Vietnam.
Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.”
