    President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev on the tragedy which took place at the Raspadskaya coal mine in Kemerovo region. The explosion at the coal mine claimed many lives. President Sargsyan’s letter states, “In these mournful days, we share with you the pain and sorrow of your loss.
