  President Serzh Sargsyan sends condolence letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a letter of condolence to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation over the fire in the Admiral shopping center in Kazan which left numerous people dead. The Armenian President expressed his regret and full support for the victims’ relatives and friends and wished the people who were injured in that fatal accident a speedy recovery.
