President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a telegram of condolence to Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The telegram reads:

“I was deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Your brother, Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s invaluable contribution to the development and progress of the United Arab Emirates will always be remembered.
