President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a letter of condolence to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a letter of condolence to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

The letter particularly reads:

"I was deeply saddened to learn about the explosion in Makhachkala that caused many victims.

I extend my deepest condolences and support to the families, relatives and friends of the victims, and I wish swift recovery to the injured."
