President Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to the King of Spain Felipe VI on the loss of thousands of people caused the pandemic.

“We are confident that the efficient measures taken in Spain for overcoming this situation will allow very soon to restore the country’s normal life.

The novel coronavirus is a challenge for the entire human race. Armenia expressed full solidary with Spain in its fight against the pandemic and reiterates its readiness to cooperate with all international partners to give an adequate response to the situation and eliminate the grave consequences of this catastrophe,” the letter of the President reads in particular.
