President Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on a tragic incident which took place at the Trans-Baikal region.

President Sarkissian asked to convey his condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to all injured.
