President sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay

President Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay Tabaré Vázquez on the demise of his spouse María Auxiliadora Delgado.

The President expressed his condolences and wished Tabaré Vázquez fortitude and tenacity.
