President Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin

President Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the explosion at the apartment building in Magnitogorsk which claimed numerous human lives.

President Sarkissian expressed condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
