President Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences on the demise of the President of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang

On the occasion of the demise of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang, President Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to the Vice President of Vietnam Mrs. Đặng Thị Ngọc Thịnh.

President Armen Sarkissian expressed his deep condolences on the untimely death of President Tran Dai Quang and noted that he had taken consistent steps aimed at the prosperity and empowerment of Vietnam and promoted the development of the Armenian-Vietnamese relations.

President Sarkissian asked to convey his condolences and support to the family of President Tran Dai Quang.
