President sent a letter of condolences on the demise of Kofi Annan

President Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to the Secretary General of the United Nations António Guterres on the demise of the former Secretary General of the UN Kofi Annan.
The letter states:

“I convey my deep condolences on the demise of Kofi Annan, a renowned diplomat and a skilled statesman who assumed the position of the Secretary General of the United Nations in a rather complex time.
