President Serzh Sargsyan extends condolences to President of United Mexican States

President Serzh Sargsyan sent a condolence cable to President Enrique Peña Nieto of the United Mexican States in connection with the devastating earthquake that hit the country on September 19, 2017.

“I express deep condolences to you and the friendly people of Mexico over the devastating earthquake that followed up an earlier temblor, claiming hundreds of victims and great destruction.

I am confident that the swift and strong measures taken by the Mexican government will help address the consequences as shortly as possible.

Sharing in your sorrow and that of the friendly people of Mexico, I wish the injured a quick recovery, and the victims’ relatives - endurance and fortitude,” the President’s condolence message reads.
