President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the President of Italy Sergio Mattarella

President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a letter of condolences to the President of Italy Sergio Mattarella on a devastating earthquake which claimed dozens of lives and caused destruction.

“I express my deep condolences and support to you, families of the victims and injured, wishing tenacity and strong spirit. We pray for the health of the wounded and wish them a speedy recovery.

I am confident that consistent efforts of the Italian authorities will allow to eliminate the consequences of the catastrophe in the shortest possible time.

Our hearts and thoughts are with the people of the friendly Italy,” reads the letter of the condolences of the President of Armenia.
