President Serzh Sargsyan sends condolence letter to U.S. President Barack Obama

President Serzh Sargsyan has sent a letter of condolence to President Barack Obama of the United States of America over the tragedy which took place at Umpqua Community College in the U.S. State of Oregon.

“I am shocked by the news about the tragedy that took place at Umpqua Community College in the U.S. State of Oregon claiming lives of a dozen of innocent young men and leaving an incurable wound in their relatives’ and friends’ souls.

I extend my deepest sympathy to you and the friendly people of the United States of America, wishing steadfastness and strength of spirit to the victims’ relatives and a speedy recovery to the injured,” reads the RA president’s condolence letter.
