President sends telegram of condolence on Vladimir Movsisyan’s demise

President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a telegram of condolence to the Movsisyans on the occasion of the prominent state and political figure Vladimir Movsisyan’s demise.
“I learned with deep sorrow about Vladimir Movsisyan’s demise.

We lost an experienced and skillful state and political figure. Holding various posts for many years, he carried out activities dedicated to the single goal of making the motherland prosperous. The eminent worker made a major contribution to Armenia’s economic development.

Both in Soviet times and after the declaration of independence of the Republic of Armenia, Vladimir Movsisyan was first of all the epitome of the national image. Holding high public administration posts, he always remained faithful to his country and the vision of serving our people. Being well-conversant with the issues of Armenia’s each populated area, he always tried to find and implement solutions targeted at alleviating ordinary people’s problems. That is the reason he enjoyed love and respect among our compatriots, being trusted in Armenia’s every corner.

I extend my deepest condolences to Vladimir Movsisyan’s relatives, friends and colleagues,” reads the Armenian President’s telegram of condolence.
