President Serzh Sargsyan sent letter of condolences to China’s President Xi Jinping

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping on the occasion of a terrorist attack in Urumqi in the country’s Xinjiang region. The terrorist attack left a few dozens of innocent victims and multiple injured.

“I express our words of consolation and support to you, the families of the suffered and the friendly people of China wishing the injured a rapid recovery.

We strongly condemn each manifestation of terror and are confident that the criminals will receive a fair punishment,” reads the president’s letter of condolences.
