President Serzh Sargsyan sent a telegram of condolence on demise of Jim Torosyan

Today President Serzh Sargsyan sent a telegram of condolences on demise of Jim Torosyan - People's Architect of the USSR, Academician, Honorary citizen of Yerevan. The condolences telegram conveyed to the family of the renowned architect reads:

“The buildings, statues and monuments authored by Jim Torosyan decorate our capital and Republic and are truly a lasting valuable legacy of Armenian architecture.

I offer my deepest condolences to the family, friends and relatives of the prominent intellectual”.
