President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the President of Philippines Benigno Aquino on the earthquake which hit the country, resulting in hundreds if innocent victims and casualties and causing enormous devastation.

“Sharing your and Filipino peoples’ grief and anguish, I wish the families of all victims tenacity and a speedy recovery to all injured,” reads the letter of condolences of the President of Armenia.
