President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences on the demise of the great artist Jean Jansem - Hovhannes Semerdjian to his family, friends and admirers of his high art.

«Through his profound, humanistic art he has long ago become one of the most unique representatives of the Armenian art of the 20th century. As a true artist and a great patriot, Jansem for decades served also as a spiritual bridge between Motherland and the Spyurk,” the letter of condolences of the President of Armenia reads.
