President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev
The letter states:
“Mr. President,
I was saddened to learn the news of natural disaster in central parts of Russia, which claimed human lives and caused devastation. It is heartbreaking to realize that because of ravaging fires thousands of people have lost their shelter and property and the country has suffered material losses.
Please, convey words of sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims and wishes of speedy recovery to all those who suffered in this natural calamity.”
