President visits American University of Armenia

Before attending the 12th Meeting of the International Association of Genocide Scholars, President Serzh Sargsyan today visited the American University of Armenia. Accompanied by the university’s leadership, the Armenian president toured the educational institution, familiarized himself with the university’s activities, its learning conditions and projects. Serzh Sargsyan visited the university’s library which not only serves the faculty, but is also open to the society, the student registration office, the Alex and Marie Manoogian Hall, the School of Public Health, the Agean Art Hall which is designed for exhibitions and other cultural events, the ecological center founded in the College of Science and Engineering. The president talked to some of the employees, enquired about their duties and wished them success.
