Serzh Sargsyan received the President of the Simonian Educational Foundation Sam Simonian

President Serzh Sargsyan received today the President of the Simonian Educational Foundation Sam Simonian.

The President of Armenia and Sam Simonian spoke about the activities of the Simonian Educational Foundation in our country, implemented programs, including the Tumo educational center for creative technologies, which has been successfully functioning for already one year. They also conversed about the future plans of the Foundation.

At the meeting, the President of Armenia handed to the President of the Simonian Educational Foundation the RA high state award – Anania Shirakatsi Medal. Sam Simonian was awarded the Medal by the decree of the President of Armenia on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence for his considerable contribution to the preservation of the Armenian identity, services to Motherland as well as for contributing greatly to the friendship between the Republic of Armenia and foreign states.
