Serzh Sargsyan in Nagorno Karabakh participated at the military parade dedicated to the celebrations

Today, at the capital city of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Stepanakert President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the military parade dedicated to the Victory Day, the 20th anniversary of the liberation of Shushi and creation of the NKR Defense Army. President Sargsyan participated in other festive events which were organized in Artsakh.
